LONDON ARCHITECTURE TRAIL
OPO + Universal Design Studios collaboration
for London Festival of Architecture 2021
STILL IN THE CITY
OPO and Universal Design Studio have teamed up to create ‘Still in the City’ for the London Festival of Architecture, 2021.
We have created an augmented digital experience based on shifting our perception of space around us through the method of eye open meditation.
As you meditate with with the built environment so your relationship changes to it. This brings a renewed sense of space and place, reactivating our relationship with the city after a year spent at home.
With a focus on well-being and self care, be guided to a selection of London’s most well-known and hidden architectural gems. Connect with each location with our location-specific meditative and architectural experiences through the OPO app.
‘Still in the City’ supports us to become more resilient, more present, more appreciative of our city life.

By joining forces to create 'Still In The City' for LFA21, OPO and Universal bring together the worlds of architecture, design, wellness and technology.
OPO is a first of its kind network of mindful exploration experiences integrated into everyday spaces.
We pair meditation with carefully curated soundscapes and real-life views to create an immersion into the urban & natural landscape.
Mindful observations techniques guide you to rest your attention on specific elements in your view while engaging with specific breathing methods.
Neuro-scientific sound frequencies and techniques stimulate brain activity to reduce stress & anxiety and support relaxation, focus, energy & motivation.
Fundamentally, OPO guides us to find a deeper connection to world around us while forming greater self-regulation & brain/heart health.
Because, at OPO, we believe wellness is our human right.
